In this way, they will also be informed of any changes due to unforeseen circumstances All tango class and event participants are listed either in a register or on lists of participants which provide proof of attendance and payment (this proof is for internal use only and is available for inspection by those concerned). All personal details provided by participants are used purely for registration purposes and are not accessible by third parties subject to the consent of the relevant participant. Full payment, made following a reservation for an event, guarantees participation. A full refund shall be paid for cancellations made up to 10 days before the scheduled event, unless specific conditions of a particular event provide otherwise. Cancellation following payment within 10 days of the event’s scheduled date shall not result in a refund of any of the sum paid. The exception to these conditions are the separate fees for classes in Studio. In the event of cancellation either of an event or classes, fees paid shall be returned in full or, with the consent of the parties, transferred to future classes. The studio is not liable for material or personal damage, injuries etc., as well as losses incurred during classes or events. Insurance costs are not included in the participation fees and the participants should take care of them on their own. Information concerning the activities of the Studio, tango events etc. are supplied to all interested parties by email or text message. Those who do not wish to receive such information may at any time indicate so by return email or by text message. Documenting classes and events organised by the Studio via filming, recording or photography is permissible only with the prior consent of the organisers. The documentation is the property of the person creating it, who is also responsible for its content. Those who do not wish see themselves appear in the above documentation should inform the person responsible for its creation. Participants at events organised by the Studio shall behave appropriately and refrain from smoking. Participants are required to bring a pair of indoor shoes with a clean sole to dance classes. Payment of fees for classes and events organised or co-organised by the Studio, along with participation in them, shall be deemed as acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
